You can also become a single-family home owner with low to average income, but for that you need the right profession and the right friends and acquaintances who have the right professions. And I’m not talking about myself now, I am thinking of the craftsmen who build my house.
The bricklayer, who feels about 30 years old, has his own house, the plumber who did the rough installation for me has his own house, the scaffolder & electrician also (even several and also their children) etc.
They all own homes and not because they have earned so much in recent years but because basically they can build or finish a single-family house themselves with friends and acquaintances. And that for a fraction of my costs.
