When do we sign what? Order of house construction

Hello everyone,

we are embarking on the building adventure. We have reserved a plot of land and have now decided who will build our house. Offers for the construction financing are also available. Now we have received the date from the notary when the notarization for the property is to take place. Before that, we should send the mortgage order form to the notary so that the mortgage entry can be made on the day of notarization.
Now our question is:
When do we do what? Do we have to sign the complete construction financing now, or will the bank give us this form "just like that" as well? For the financing, we need all the documents from the construction company. Will we also get them "just like that," or do we have to make the deal there first? Somehow we can no longer see the house because of all the signatures. Help me!

Ask step by step at the appropriate place. Everyone is different there... Banks and construction companies. It'll be fine!

If you have a plot of land, get familiar with the development plan to see which conditions must be strictly observed and complied with. If nothing stands against this and you agree to it, then make an appointment with the notary and buy the plot. If the purchase of the plot is not possible with equity, then talk to the bank beforehand (note: the order of the land charge is then an issue, so that the bank financing your construction is registered in second priority, which will certainly be reflected with interest surcharges). If the plot is part of a complete package with the construction company, you take out a total sum and that’s it. Attention: Taxes are levied on the purchase price of the plot! If later a connection between the plot and the construction company is proven, then a back payment could possibly be due.
