Before that, we should send the mortgage order form to the notary so that the mortgage entry can be made on the day of notarization.

When do we do what? Do we have to sign the complete construction financing now, or will the bank give us this form "just like that" as well? For the financing, we need all the documents from the construction company. Will we also get them "just like that," or do we have to make the deal there first? Somehow we can no longer see the house because of all the signatures. Help me!

If you have a plot of land, get familiar with the development plan to see which conditions must be strictly observed and complied with. If nothing stands against this and you agree to it, then make an appointment with the notary and buy the plot. If the purchase of the plot is not possible with equity, then talk to the bank beforehand (note: the order of the land charge is then an issue, so that the bank financing your construction is registered in second priority, which will certainly be reflected with interest surcharges).
