we are embarking on the building adventure. We have reserved a plot of land and have now decided who will build our house. Offers for the construction financing are also available. Now we have received the date from the notary when the notarization for the property is to take place. Before that, we should send the mortgage order form to the notary so that the mortgage entry can be made on the day of notarization.

When do we do what? Do we have to sign the complete construction financing now, or will the bank give us this form "just like that" as well? For the financing, we need all the documents from the construction company. Will we also get them "just like that," or do we have to make the deal there first?
