There is a WU guideline and parameters for the definition of a white tank. What is described here has nothing to do with it.

However, the sealing in point two is also omitted

Sealing according to point 2
SEALING OF BASEMENT EXTERIOR WALLS
The exterior sealing of the basement walls is carried out against ground moisture. A drainage board/mat (e.g. Delta MS) protects the vertical moisture barrier during the backfilling of the basement exterior walls and ensures rapid water drainage. This mat is installed by the client as part of the backfilling work.
All pipes passing through the basement exterior walls are sealed. Basement window wells as well as a drainage system (e.g. drain pipe and flushing shafts) are not agreed upon. (Additional effort for sealing according to DIN 18533 class W2 or WU guideline may be required due to the soil report specification).

And then construction of a basement with sealing against pressing water and the sealing according to point 2 is omitted

Since November 2003, the requirements for white tanks in Germany have been regulated by the guideline Wasserundurchlässige Bauwerke aus Beton of the German Committee for Reinforced Concrete. Ok, you are right. This is not described here.

Sometimes the term WW is also only used to represent waterproofing against pressing water. This is obviously not correct and probably just as hard to get out of people's minds as the term EC card. But under 2. there is another one

These are text modules, kind of like
Point 2. Protection against soil moisture
Point 3: Construction of the basement with a waterproofing against pressing water (load case W2.1-E), plus Point 1. at 10cm (WLG 040), for which the waterproofing against soil moisture (according to Point 2.) is omitted, otherwise there would be waterproofing twice.

Overall this is poorly written... you can interpret whatever you want from it.
It looks like the builder wants to keep it open how he ultimately does the waterproofing. Whether according to:
- Waterproofing according to DIN 18533 Class W2 or
- WU guideline

A white tank according to the WU guideline is only a special case of how one can meet the requirements (of DIN 18533), for which the DIN does not apply, but the WU guideline does. ;-)
In the end, however, it comes down to waterproofing against pressing groundwater. cf. watertight is watertight.

What would be better or how should the correct description be? Is that with reinforced concrete? Sorry for the stupid questions, I just don't understand it. At my parents' house, the basement was poured with steel. They don't have any additional sealing.
