Then you blind and manipulate your consumers with your endless chatter. Someone who has no money and desperately wants to build is of course happy about your babble. But in a few years they might curse you when it still doesn't work and money is missing on all sides. But by then you'll probably be laughing already...
Because I am the Pied Piper of Hamelin? That all consumers are stupid and unable to make independent and self-determined decisions? Do you actually know me, my actions, and my behavior? My experience, my clients, and their life paths?
Just as you speculate and judge me without knowing me, you also speculate and judge the people here who need help, advice, and information; that is the basis of your assistance and your advice.
Information is not gathered, little or no individual questioning, I wouldn't do it that way, so others shouldn't do it either. I cannot and/or do not want to afford it, so others don't have to afford it either.
I publish here almost anonymously according to the forum rules. In another forum, the same accusations, the same pattern have existed for years, but after 9 years and 10,000 posts, not a single consumer has even remotely confirmed what, for example, you are now mentioning or accusing me of!
Appearing with signature and photo, immediately findable via Google, if I overwhelm or even disadvantage anyone—after more than 80 project follow-ups with consumers from the forum—not one has ever been able to confirm anything in that direction, not one, whether from my close circle or from those seeking advice and help from the forum who have come to know me, my actions, my being, and my doing.
That had to be said now; these accusations cannot stand as they are. It must finally become clear that it is not about me, it is about the consumers, the help- and advice-seekers, and they must be helped individually and provided with information. No good advice can be given with generalizations, stereotypes, and uniformity, especially not if it is to remain objective and accepted how different people are, how differently life attitudes, life risks, and life habits are lived.
There is less of this babbling from me the less it is about me and the more the consumer is placed in the foreground.
