Hello,

we have an appointment soon with the surveyor who is supposed to determine the necessary values for the house construction.

What does the surveyor need to start the work? I heard he needs an extract from the land register, but this will probably not be with us at the appointment. Since this can take up to 4 weeks.
Or is the purchase contract for the plot sufficient?

Thank you very much for your answers.

Hello,

District, section and parcel number - this way he knows which property to survey and can create the preliminary site plan.

Kind regards
