What do you think of our bathroom?

What I'm wondering right now: In the other thread, the entire floor plan is still being discussed. So it actually doesn't make sense to optimize the bathroom here if everything might be changed later anyway. My tip still stands: For 5 people, two bathrooms on the upper floor are better. The shower downstairs can be removed for that.

Good idea. We had already thought about that. Just not sure if it would be a lot of effort regarding all the pipes, since the bathroom is now ideally located above the utility room. However, we would shorten the room up to the height of the staircase railing so that there is a flush finish and the wall does not protrude into the hallway, taking about 50 cm from the master bedroom. How would you plan the bathroom? Shower and tub next to the master bedroom and sink + toilet by the stairs? Or completely different. The view from the window would then be towards the street or neighbors..

I already suggested in #9 to omit the bathtub and was almost stoned for it! But I still stand by it, in such a small bathroom the most sensible solution!

We are not finished yet, handover is in September. So far, however, we are quite satisfied. There were a few minor things here and there, but nothing I would get upset about now. The company has always taken care of everything in an exemplary manner and if there was ever a problem, they followed up on it. Take a look at our blog, we occasionally post new photos.
I find it funny, though, that they still "offer" our bathroom, I always thought we had planned that a bit strangely. But seeing it in person now, I actually find it quite nice.

Hello everyone,

attached is our new bathroom plan. It is now located in the gable. We quite like it. What do you think?
