What can I expect when a house is built "turnkey" - what is your experience with this?
When a company promises that the house "is completely turnkey, so that you only need to move in your furniture" (e.g. on the homepage of a website), I actually expect the house to be "ready for occupancy," including floors, painting, fitted kitchen, etc. Am I right or could I be disappointed?
