Handwritten??? To be honest, I would much prefer a hand sketch with appropriate labeling than such meaningless attempts with software. Then you could simply write room names, dimensions and possibly ideas, and we would know what you had in mind.

First, just show the property with the north arrow and street.

I recognize the cupboard immediately: it is almost always glued into a corner of the kitchen - then there is never any sign of planning ;)
