My problem with the whole matter is as follows:
The 8000 as a special repayment are already possible annually, but these 8000 are a bonus from both of our employers.
1. It can be that there will be no more bonus at some point.
2. We want to furnish the house and garden with it in the first 2 years.
The 8000 special repayment is possible, but I only want to pay it in if I believe that it is completely surplus at the moment. The special repayment should not be a prerequisite for our financing.
