Water house connection - what other costs are involved?

So here in Rheinhessen I pay about 5000 for the water connection including construction cost subsidy and excavation work for 14m of piping. On top of that, electricity and telecom fiber optic.

How much more expensive will it be if the sewer and electricity are not on the property, but only in the street?

Are the sewage charges included in the water costs you mentioned? I was told that the sewer connection, meaning wastewater, is by far the most expensive.
