The construction description unfortunately says nothing about slope. For us, this was obvious because a rainwater downpipe was planned. Currently, the gutter does not fulfill its purpose.
By the way, there is a flat roof guideline or a DIN standard that prescribes a minimum slope of 2%. A slope of 5% is recommended. Therefore, there is an obvious defect, as it was not built according to the state of the art. Exception: green roofs with retention irrigation - but you did not buy that and certainly did not receive it.
the description could mention something about the green roof. Some development plans do require that.
Well, in the uploaded excerpt there is nothing about that and I also imagine the implementation to be difficult, since there is the gutter at the front – actually I would need a surrounding parapet or something like that so that the granulate/gravel etc. does not erode down in front.
