Hello,
our house is now 5 years old.
We have placed a prefabricated garage on the side of our house. Unfortunately, it is exactly at our water connection. See photos.
The connection has always been a bit crooked in the plaster.
Now the wall looks like the plaster is crumbling. Not only at the connection but also at the corner of the house wall. This is not the weather side.
Inside is the living room. Nothing is wet there. How can the connection be newly made nice, straight, and sealed? Unfortunately, the garage was placed so close that there is hardly any space.
Could the crooked connection be a construction defect?
Can someone help us with this?
Thank you and best regards
Stephanie
