Our bin is a CURVER and I think it has a capacity of 50 or 60l, but the tall shape is ideal for the yellow sack.
I don’t know how the sacks are with you, but with us they seem to get thinner every year -.- With the lid the trash is well sealed and it also stands in a place without direct sunlight, but it is never fully packed because these super-thin bags would tear otherwise!
Usually when it goes out of this thing it’s 60% full. Wasteful, but due to smell and stability, that’s the best possible. Many neighbors also put two on top of each other or another bag inside the yellow sack -.-

How often they tear unfortunately often shows when you see the streets after the garbage collection.

There are systems from Ninka, Hailo, Franke, etc. You can also simply put Ikea buckets in the pull-out.

Cabinet widths of 30-60 are common, with residual and organic waste on top, and whatever you want below. Under the sink is a completely normal pull-out.
