Hey,
we are still pretty much at the beginning of the planning and unfortunately have a narrow plot. Accordingly, the garage should not be too wide, but still be wide enough to get out on both sides.
I think an internal dimension of 3.20 m is acceptable. We were surprised that a construction company specifies 34 cm as wall thickness. I find that quite a lot for an uninsulated garage.
Also, the sides will not be clad with bricks because on one side it adjoins our house and on the other side a neighboring/outbuilding of a family member (boundary development).
Could you please tell me how thick your garage side walls are and possibly the internal dimensions and garage door width?
Or what is to be chosen as the minimum thickness and why?
