Honestly, neither of the two wall constructions really makes sense. If you build with ETICS or clinker, you can also make the actual wall from sturdy and poorly insulating material (e.g., sand-lime brick) instead of poroton or aerated concrete. Both wall constructions combine the disadvantages of both worlds.
Thank you, Wilder Sueden, for the assessment. Perhaps for context: we are not unaware that we might not have the "ideal" wall construction here. In the end, it is a matter of price for us; as correctly observed here, the mentioned providers are rather active in the "affordable" segment. We just want to exclude completely making a wrong choice with the wall construction and weigh between the two constructions. A monolithic construction becomes significantly more expensive with the providers. For us, aspects like energy efficiency, sound insulation, and maintenance effort/durability naturally play a role in the mentioned constructions. We had simply packed that into the term "quality."
