Hello to the community, I plan to install a wall cabinet horizontally 80 x 80 with the fronts Jutis. When you open the top flap (upward), how do you get it back down? - it seems unreachable - or only with a ladder - that would be funny. I thought about a cord - but it would be just as funny to see what opening mechanisms other kitchen manufacturers have. If you maybe don’t mount the 80-high cabinet so high, the lower flap is too close to the countertop. At Ikea, I only received a knowing smile, but no problem solution - or simply to do without such a cabinet? Does anyone have a good idea? Many greetings and thanks - Nerusa

Yes, stand on a ladder or chair or better use hinged doors instead of flaps.

Hello,
if you can't reach the open flap, I wonder if you can still get to the cabinet well enough.
