Hello everyone,
Presumably, most of the "old hands" and experienced builders will now cringe... But I have to ask anyway.
If we now assume a simple rectangular single-family house, without frills, without a basement, with normal to slightly comfortable equipment (for example, laminate and exterior blinds, but standard window sills and simple dimensions, simple tiles, ...), with which value per m2 should one then enter the race?
I am referring to turnkey, i.e., at most painting and laying wooden floors left, but interior finishing, sanitary, electrical, and tiling by professionals.
You read 1200, 1300 or sometimes even 1500, 1600 per m2. That could already mean quite a price difference.
Whether finished or solid is not yet clear for us, so if you have different values, just send them :)
I am aware that none of the prices you give me must be final for "my house" in my case. It’s really just about a feeling of how many m2 you could roughly plan for.
I am deliberately excluding incidental construction costs from the calculation, so I know that this is not a final value and also that the amount can shift quite quickly during the selection phase - but then it would be an individual decision whether you can have more expensive doors or not.
But walls, bathrooms, windows, and roof such a house definitely needs.
Thanks for the tips and best regards!!
Anna
