As far as I know, you always have to do it yourself because it usually runs on factory settings.
I suspected that ;-)
I hope the Wolf field service can say something about it. I have put together a list of questions/problems:
- Air quality feels insufficient, but according to the CO2 meter currently okay -> problem possibly only in summer and maybe not even caused by the controlled residential ventilation!? Incorrectly positioned/sized pipes/plate valves?
- Area around plate valves dirty -> possibly static charge caused by too high airflows? Wrong filters used? (I still have some spare ones)
- Unit clearly audible in the bedrooms -> too high “normal exchange rate” of 190 m³/h?
- Power consumption at subzero temperatures around 800-900 watts -> normal?
