No, it is not just whatever...the system must fit the house...

A car does not have a truck engine in it...nor a boat engine...it just has to fit...

Heinz von Heiden has its concept; also regarding ventilation. If you deviate from it, you will – if it even works at all – have to pay much more than a provider who normally includes the BluMartin in their offer.

Once you have decided on a provider, you must also operate within their offer; the offer price ultimately results from their purchasing conditions. Since they do not have the ventilation discussed here in their offer, they will also not have the necessary dealer network to install it.

Then please explain to a layperson more about why the BluMartin is suitable for our bungalow. Another construction company has it in their program. Heinz von Heiden is basically building the bungalow for us.

I honestly don’t understand what you want to read now? Why is Heinz von Heiden copying another architecture? They are not that cheap if they are adapting their standard to the rest of the providers. Rhineland regards

There was a price difference of €30,000. In addition, more services. I can only say why they are cheaper once we have the complete offer.

I understood it to mean that it is technically not possible to install the BluMartin.

In the end, they are building us one of their bungalows and moving the walls so that the bungalow from the other company comes out. (We only care about the floor plan) The only difference I could see is the masonry. The more expensive company uses white aerated concrete and Heinz von Heiden uses 17.5 brick.

Apart from the fact that I simply lack belief here – without knowing who the other provider is – such a difference, with comparable equipment, can never occur without leaving out services.

No, it simply depends on the respective supply contracts. Heinz von Heiden does not offer BluMartin and therefore cannot offer the system cost-effectively. And because they cannot do that, they also do not offer it.

And Heinz von Heiden uses an ETICS instead.

Read the BB carefully. I hardly know a basic configuration that is so stripped down; they respond to the market with this and therefore, from my point of view, also have their justification for existence. Keep in mind, when compared to the competition, if you go all out, they are – again because of their concept – significantly more expensive than supposedly high-priced providers.

That they offer more services than others – as a standard – I consider wishful thinking.

Rhenish greetings
