But whatever. For 100 m² of facade, the exterior plaster should cost about 8.5 K. A curtain facade made of aluminum (Prefa) would have cost about 15 K, plus about 2 K for a substructure on masonry. This would have been eliminated with a switch to timber panel construction, although the pure walls were priced the same.
Ah, that long ago already? Those were the days... Joking aside. That is completely within the range for the ETICS, at least when I compare it to the quotes my uncle recently received for insulating his single-family house. It was significantly higher per sqm for insulation with EPS without any complicated building structure. It must be because of the Munich area ;)
