Hello
could it be that the shutter cabinets at Ikea have a quality problem? In October we bought our kitchen. The first cabinet could not be assembled at all: one slat was dented and the shutter could not be pulled down. The replacement cabinet consisted of different components with different drillings, but could be assembled so far. However, after 1 month the shutter cabinet opens by itself, about 10cm per hour it goes up.
Is there a way to adjust the pulling force? Instructions and homepage do not help, I couldn't find a hotline, emails are not answered. Maybe someone here knows help, hoping that I don’t have to dismantle the whole kitchen again and drive 120km around.
Best regards
