In our offer, everything is from Broetje; this will probably be the standard supplier with corresponding discounts for the installer, so I am curious whether a Helios can even be offered at better conditions. The Broetje costs us 9,900 EUR gross.

Take a look at the internet prices for the Brötje compared to the Helios, we're talking about a factor of 3. It's similar with the equity. Maybe someone can shed some light and explain the differences that justify this higher price. But for the higher price, you can order the Helios on the internet, possibly the craftsman will even install it (although that is usually questionable). The pipes should definitely be compatible since they have the same diameter.

I have not yet found a model from Broetje for ceiling mounting, I actually assume that we will need such a model for space reasons. Let's see if we can choose something else. I also don't know if the 450 is not somewhat oversized for 128 sqm.

Do you have the ventilation concept? It contains the necessary volume flows for the different types of ventilation. But it's quite a lot, we have nearly 200 sqm to ventilate and I will take a smaller Helios (EC 370 W). Helios also has ceiling units, but they have the disadvantage that there are no enthalpy exchangers for them. I don't know about other manufacturers.

Not really, we have an offer based on the LAB450 with 7x exhaust air and 8x supply air for 9,900 gross. Alternatively with LAK450R for 12,500 gross. This has not been a detailed topic yet, but it is common that air is supplied in living and sleeping areas and exhausted in areas such as the kitchen and bathroom.

Hmm, with Brötje it seems to be an in-house development, not like other manufacturers who build and five sell the same system... maybe that's where the higher price comes from...
