Hello everyone,
My girlfriend and I are planning to build a house.
There is still enough space for a house on my grandparents' property (garden plot). The property is located in the town center and there are already houses all around. Necessary water/electricity/sewage connections are also available in the area.
However, this free space is not listed in the development plan/land use plan. Two applications (1x change to the land use plan, 1x utilization of the remaining building plot) have already been rejected . For the utilization of the remaining building plot, it was planned to extend the existing building within the existing building plot and build the rest of the house on the free area.
That is the situation in brief.
Does anyone perhaps have experience with similar situations or knows other approaches to possibly still obtain a building permit?
Is it possible to suggest to the municipality that we cover the costs for a change in the development plan ourselves?
Is a subsequent extension of a building plot onto an unregistered area even possible?
Thanks in advance for your answers
Regards Guinnes
