Not at all. There is no standard case.

spill the beans, what type of underfloor heating? How is it heated? What is the construction like otherwise? Keyword heat loss.

It is an underfloor heating system from Giacomini from around 1993. In the basement, there is a gas boiler. The control valves are each located in boxes in the walls on the ground floor and first floor. It would be comfortable if one did not always have to access them there and if the valves would regulate themselves automatically according to the temperature in the rooms.

So far, do you open the box every time and turn the actuator to adjust the room temperature? Is the gas boiler also from 1993? Is the boiler controlled by the outside temperature?

1. Basically yes, because we don't need the same heat ratio in the rooms throughout the entire heating period. 2. The gas boiler is only a few years old and, in my opinion, has an external sensor. Regards

Yes, then just install standard actuators on the heating circuit distributors (also available from Giacomini) and suitable wireless thermostats in the rooms.

And of course, a hydraulic balancing wouldn’t be wrong.

You would definitely need someone on site who knows their stuff and can convert all of this.

No, a thermal balancing needs to be done there and then regulated via the heating curve.
