Underfloor heating in the floor slab - advantages and disadvantages?

My concern would be what about noise transmission. Sound insulation is certainly worse than with a floating screed. Wasn't there recently a discussion about sound transmission and the screed was not floating.

With a normal floor plate construction, you can achieve Passive House standard; no Schwedenplatte is needed.

Was the Nordlys panel then also flat enough for the floor covering without having to apply a huge amount of leveling compound?

To the level. Yes, they really did a very good job. Regarding the move-in, yes, people are in and at least they don't complain about cold feet. One should know. Screed is also a type of concrete. The classic Fhz heats this. The Swedish plate heating heats the plate instead. That seems to be indifferent. Another question, do you even have companies down there in BGL that do something like that? Here in SH we are close to Swe, so there are many Swedish house providers here who use such floor slabs, but with you in BayerN?

If so, take a company that can do that. It requires more care than with a regular one.
