Hello Tito,
You said it: the planning in this corner looks a bit confused to me, just to be able to place the heating here?

Well, I see that this is a granny flat. And due to the proportionality (circumstance/effort/benefit), I would rather tend to leave it as it is. Whether there are 2 or 2.26 meters... a clothes rail or some "small furniture" in the corner will go in anyway.
As compensation for the trouble, I would negotiate a nice-to-have — maybe you can think of something you gave up because of the costs?

possibly a combination solution is also an option. these distributors can also be "built into the wall," so that the boxes do not protrude but can only be opened from one side, while otherwise standing inside the wall. most construction companies want an additional charge for this, but it could be a solution here (of course free for you!). the wall would thus extend significantly less far towards the dressing room. as mentioned, you should make sure that the wall length in the shell construction is already about 210cm. unless, of course, you never want to set up a "standard wardrobe" there.

What speaks against installing a complete screed with underfloor heating again?

Then you'll just be 10 cm higher ...

Just kidding?

The wall construction is already in place (I assume the upper floor too), and hardly anyone will want to fill up the site accordingly or change entrance steps / driveway etc.

well, that sounds like really proper botch work. if anything, the corresponding spot will be chiseled out.

Hello

Why should someone have confused top and bottom there?
This is about concrete core activation. The setup is already fine as it is.
Chiseling out the pipes in the concrete is very difficult and prone to errors.
If at all possible, I would avoid that.
Assuming that the distributor only serves the apartment, it is actually not so badly positioned in the closet.
