Then the basement would not be considered a full floor, since the underside of the ceiling is not at least 1.20 m higher than the natural ground surface. Thus, my original version with II would be possible, i.e., no slanted walls in the upper floor, right?

I see it the same way. The development plan actually supports the assessment of approximate flatness. I suspect more about this could be found in the Bayernatlas.

The signs are good. Do you already have concrete plans?

I first need to discuss today's findings with my architect. Even though it was assumed in the forum that there is none, this is not the case. Presumably, he has not yet familiarized himself thoroughly with the development plan.

After that, I would want to coordinate the process with the approval authority. Once this is done, we would like to start planning.

Whether the construction project will actually take place is still open at the moment. Construction costs have risen significantly. It is almost like playing roulette to wait or maybe to start very soon. I personally currently assume that energy costs will not necessarily fall. And for what reason should the craftsmen suddenly reduce their prices now?

Well, maybe the somewhat reduced demand for construction projects will play into my hands a little. It will definitely be exciting.

Thank you very much for the very constructive support today!

My crystal ball says the hesitators will be quite far ahead in the ranks of losers. Waiting has never been beneficial for the national economy, and on the deathbed, the regret over missed opportunities is regularly greater than that over the wounds suffered. Moreover, I have recently seen many fearful ones, but hardly any rightsizers.
