Can't you pay off the remaining loan amount with the amount you are paying, possibly with a prepayment penalty? Then both can be removed and you will be the only one responsible. That should be in everyone's interest to settle the matter quickly in a divorce, right?

The only correct recommendation can and must be: Go to a lawyer of your choice and have the matters properly explained to you based on the (hopefully) available documents and the desired outcome. Your risk position is interesting, i.e., what can really happen to you now and what things you might also be liable for (even unknowingly). Discuss this with the financing bank. That should help you more and cost much less than a lawyer. Apart from that, I have not yet understood the structure. Is it about the (sale) of the property? What is the house worth? How much are you willing and able to pay?
