Unfortunately, I and many other suggestions were completely ignored. It still seems unclear within the family how much which child should receive when. And as long as that is not clear, there is no need to talk about tax optimization or to recommend architects.

My parents own two plots of land that are directly next to each other. However, each one is too narrow on its own to build a house on. If the two plots were combined so that building beyond the property boundary is allowed, construction in first and second row (one behind the other) would be possible.

That means both are currently undeveloped. If I understand correctly, you would prefer them to be divided crosswise rather than lengthwise. It might make sense to first divide both and then merge them differently before any transfer of ownership takes place.
But I agree that communication in a discussion should not be a one-way street.

After that has happened, I would only have one property transferred to my name.

Yes, the properties are currently undeveloped and I would have preferred to build a staggered semi-detached house on them!
Unfortunately, none of my brothers are on board with that since everyone prefers a detached house.

It wouldn’t have been necessary because I am not someone who is after "likes" or wants to bother members unnecessarily with his problems.

It’s simply about a lot of money for me!
I have to manage it all alone, so I want to protect myself a bit and not make a quick decision when it comes to the properties.
And there are things in life that can change. Or does your life run perfectly smooth? Then I would gladly trade!

Sorry that I can/will not build a house overnight.
The plot on this earth that belonged to my parents should be used properly, in my opinion!

Yes, of course clarify everything now and then carry it out. And for that, it must be clarified NOW how and where which houses should be located.

If the brothers are already blocking now, it’s clear that you need a final solution now that is irrevocable thereafter. So no nonsense with later gifts, consolidations and divisions, developments in the back strip, etc. Fix it NOW, ask the city if it’s approvable, then go through the notary and other agencies.
