Hello, I have an appointment with our architect tomorrow. We are considering the following house. I would be very grateful for any suggestions and comments.
Specifications:
- "Handtuch-Grundstück" facing south, approx. 17m frontage
- 2 full floors with gable roof, no basement
- probably Kfw40 standard
- house for 5 people, 2 carports, one garage as a basement replacement, "winter garden" or many south-facing windows, wood stove
- sufficient space
- when the children have moved out, a separate living unit should be possible upstairs (see picture "OG später")
- ground floor barrier-free/age-appropriate
- compact building with clear lines and symmetry, few/no angles, arches, bay windows,...
In the sketches, the ground floor measures 13 x 11 m outside dimensions, the upper floor 11 x 11 m. The top (north) is the street side, the bottom (south) the garden. Light blue carports, brown roofing of garage and extended living room.
