This is an extremely important thing, but it can only be briefly checked for correct execution without (destructively) uncovering it again. Therefore, its correct execution and the documentation thereof are very important. The frequency of forgetting or doing it wrong is absolutely probably not very high, but relatively about on par with the incorrect (height) position of the slab and more annoying than a slight misplacement of pipes.

Most things here are really very subjective and can, but do not have to be, helpful. My most important recommendation: Keep a close eye on the construction workers regularly (!!!). Always. We haven't even finished the shell yet, and things had to be dismantled four times already because they were done incorrectly (not according to the agreed plan).
