Hello,
after much to and fro, we have decided to build a wooden house on our basement (by one of the local carpentry companies). Now the offers are difficult for me to understand, but it is clear to us that we would pay a bit more for a good wall construction (regarding durability, indoor climate, etc.).
The offers are quite different, some insulate with cellulose and OSB plus Pavatherm plus, others partially with mineral wool and so on.
Are there any good experiences with a particular wall or roof construction (here, insulation above the rafters) that you would already place value on? Since we live on the edge of the forest, it is important to me to have something resistant to rot, mold, insects, etc.
As I said, it does not have to be the cheapest
