We had installed a €100 staircase from Obi back then.

We also didn't have a construction staircase... somehow the poor guys managed it though...

You or your tiler will probably only be able to carry the tiles up one by one. However, you definitely need a ladder for the workers! Post a picture of your stairwell/future staircase.

Since you want to do the painting, you might also need scaffolding for the staircase later on. When will your proper staircase be installed?

Since the screed is in, I wonder: How did everyone else get to the attic? How do you get up there to ventilate?

Simple solution to the question: The builder provides an electric elevator/inclined elevator, over which at least the material can be transported to the floor level. For the personnel, well, ladders could also be placed in the ceiling opening. But material transport via ladders? NEVER!! Report obstruction on site!

sorry, but I want to see that. Even if you have "only" 60x60 tiles, it's hardly possible with a ladder.
