So does that still mean with mosaic tiles?
The wall then stands on the side where the tiles are already laid on the left, but I don't quite understand what you're getting at

Where you have already laid the tiles on the left, the floor is flat. Next to it is a slope parallel to the edge where the glass wall rests. Therefore, at the back (at the lowest point of the slope) you have a piece going upward. This piece is not at the entrance of the shower (the highest point of the slope). What is planned for this "wedge"? This is independent of any mosaic.

I think the mistake here also happened because I extended the slope to the wall on the left side as well. Should I have made it level all the way to the back?

No. Can, not should. In this case, you have two slope directions that do not meet straight anywhere. You can do that – preferably with a mosaic. I fully agree with .

Ok, at least I don’t necessarily have to tear out the screed again if it can still be saved with mosaic tiles. It wasn’t the plan, but better that than starting over since the waterproofing would have to be redone again. To summarize again: I can leave the screed as it is, and with the mosaic tiles I can arrange the tiles the way I need them because they are glued individually on a mesh and then move toward the drain. I wonder how it will look since we have 60x60 on the floor, and in the shower area we want to lay herringbone with 30x7.5 cm. I haven’t seen anything like that so far.

Huh ... herringbone in the shower area?
From my construction phase it looks like this ... however, I have a centrally located square drain about 10x10 or 11x11 cm and 30x60 cm tiles all around:

and a very bad picture shortly after completion with shower door etc.
