THAT is because you are interested. When I look at today's generation of _users_, they have absolutely no understanding of how something works on a PC. Woe betide if it doesn't run as usual, they become completely helpless.

I am rather talking about the small managers. Team leaders, department heads, etc. A monthly salary of around 30K€ I find insanely high and inappropriate.

Mainly younger ones, exactly those mentioned who grow up with it. That older people do not have to/want to fully understand a new(er) technology for them I find acceptable to some extent.
