If the neighbor just drives his garbage to the left and leaves it all there, in my eyes that’s just antisocial. There really is everything there, completely insane. That’s why I can well imagine that if he perhaps has old oil or gasoline or something else he can no longer use, he might go back across the property and maybe in a night and fog action simply empties his gasoline and oil tanks on this property. If that comes out later, we’re the ones screwed since we are the owners and then have to bear all the costs. That’s what it’s about. Of course, he’ll never admit something like that and you can’t be really sure just because the neighbor said she saw him dumping his construction debris there. Sure, she might just have a grudge against him, for whatever reason, but still, it’s a sour aftertaste that should be checked, because if he does something like that with the construction debris, I’d also believe he could do something like that. He probably doesn’t care what happens or lies beyond his garden fence, that’s why.
