This evil deer

The deer was there again recently. It couldn't get in. :) Yippy. It rubbed against the fence, but that didn't bother the fence.

Is it actually allowed to set live traps to catch raccoons? I have a feeling that the anglers at our lake are doing that right now...

Well, there is an association that takes care of the lake. I am a member. The association also has supervisory duties and the right to issue directives. So?

I only mean that raccoons may be caught with a permit. It doesn't really help anyway. Losses are compensated by more offspring.

Live traps and losses, I don't quite follow (?)

If the population in an area decreases, whether by live traps or killing, more offspring are produced from the remaining ones. Kassel has tried pretty much everything to reduce the population. It just doesn't work.
