No, I think fences are crazy. Not that we take away land from nature piece by piece, divide it into rectangles and ruin the flora with fertilizer, then there should also be a fence serving as a barrier for animals. Yes, where are the wild animals supposed to go if you want to fence off "your" area? I find that absolutely selfish of you.
That is the absurdity of some people: gladly far away in nature so that urban life doesn’t catch up with them... and then locking up nature.
