Thickness of floor coverings

You mean cork in the hallway of the upstairs floor? I don't see a problem, why should I. Also here, low-maintenance and pleasantly warm underfoot.

I can't really imagine that with a staircase in core beech, pine beam ceiling, and the feel of walking whether it will look good afterwards.

You just shouldn’t only think of bottles when it comes to cork. There are now a multitude of application possibilities. Take a look around in specialty stores.

So I don't find the laminate as bad as advocated by Neige. We will also lay "cheap laminate" on the upper floor because at some point the budget pencil will have to come into play. If money is no object, then I would choose vinyl or parquet on the upper floor for the bedrooms and children's rooms. But that is twice as expensive as laminate, so for now it will stay that way. And with underfloor heating, it’s not as terribly cold as is always said.

Everyone can do as they please. However, we agree that there are also significant differences in quality with laminate.

We also have laminate on the upper floor and in the study.

With the chosen HARO laminate, you can also notice a clear difference compared to the 1.99 euro laminate from the hardware store. However, it also cost 15 times as much.
