Hello,
There is no single wall construction that alone guarantees salvation; there are so many different individual preferences, all of which can be accommodated.
What you - despite all the need for information - forget: if your plot, for example, lies in an earthquake zone, it can very well happen that you have to say goodbye to your "desired" stone. It can also be that you decide on a building partner whose preferred material is hollow brick, but you had previously fixated on aerated concrete. And then?
"You shoot slots" can be found in real passive houses and also "only" when the money for windows suitable for a corresponding passive house is lacking (usually twice as expensive as "normal" windows).
Rhenish greetings
Greetings , so regarding the plot, there are no problems related to an earthquake zone, I know that for sure. As for the building partner, I must admit I hadn't considered that before. But in the other case, you go through the building partners and get prices with the idea of a certain stone, which the building partner might also recommend.
Regarding the shoot slots, I was only told about that until now, I was not aware of it until now, and therefore I really didn’t perceive it that way so far. But for example, with Ytong, there are different stones in width with different values, yet the same U-value.
Sorry, this was not meant to become a debate
