The parquet consists of individual glued strips. It has been sanded and lacquered. But the wear layer is actually only 4-6 mm thick. Could there also be another cause, possibly a problem with the underlying underfloor heating and/or the screed?

As it at least looks on the photos, the sanding machine has probably stood in one spot for too long. You can't sand the entire floor down by 4mm, the parquet in this dent already has almost no wear layer left and is definitely pressure-sensitive there.

Best regards

A (good) parquet layer should be able to pry out the affected strips and replace them with new ones. This also works with tongue-and-groove joints (then the lower part of the groove is broken off so that the strip can be inserted). After that, the entire floor must be sanded and sealed again.

Hello,
there is news:
The expert has now looked at it and measured a 3.5 mm indentation. So pretty much exactly what we also measured. It is supposed to be fixed by the middle of next week, there apparently weren’t any major discussions
We hope that it will be properly repaired - I will report here then.
Regards,
Daniel
