Hello forum,
we have the following case. The floor rises slightly towards the room wall, so every shelf you place stands crooked and has to be properly shored up in the front area to stand straight.
The construction company says something about 6 mm per 1 m length being permissible. But the problem is on significantly less than 1 m.
On about 60 cm there are already a good 8 mm or 10 mm. From the first tile on, everything is straight again.
Furthermore, the construction company says the screed will be ground down at the edges to eliminate this effect. I fear they haven’t ground anything in my case.
Or the tiler laid the first row of tiles crooked, or not level. That surprises me anyway, since he checks how the tile lies with a spirit level and couldn’t/shouldn’t have been able to finish it out of level.

What do I do now? Any suggestions? The construction company kind of brushes the issue off. In my opinion, I don’t have to prove that they are wrong, but they have to prove to me that everything was done correctly if I complain or raise objections.
I know the DIN and the table. According to it, only 3 mm would be allowed over the short distance or so. But not 8.
