North side = no sun = warping due to overheating from the sun can be ruled out. It is not uncommon for interior doors to be installed quickly just before/after moving in. But are you really sure that the front door was installed so late? Or was only the door leaf hung? Or...? OK, there are companies that work with a blind frame/pre-assembly frame to protect the door, then it can be done that way. The crystal ball says if your information about the front door is correct (installation one week before house handover) it is quite possible:
[*]The frame was pre-assembled without the door leaf. [*]That the frame was installed into a blind frame/pre-assembly frame and something doesn’t fit there. [*]I’m afraid you can’t do much from a distance. [*]We won’t get further with a video or photos either.

I know the problem with new apartment doors. The seals are full of air and you have to displace the air, otherwise the pretension is too high. The door has a soundproof seal. There is a very small pulling movement at the right moment and the door opens well. My son had to practice first to open the door. With a new exterior door, the seals may still be too tight. Is there a difference between warm and cold?

One year ago, we had four automatically locking aluminum front doors installed simultaneously for our duplex. All close smoothly and securely and lock correctly. All can also be easily opened without pushing or pulling. Anything else would not be acceptable in my opinion. In fact, one was defective in the meantime (glass cracked) and was quickly replaced by the manufacturer without any fuss (huge effort => 2 men half a day).

I also think that the two attempts initially served to try to sell it as "normal." Now they want to solve the problem once and for all. Let's see what comes.
