The application deadline has been extended to the end of March. Quickly create a new site plan now and submit it (again). There is still some time until March.

You as builders sign the BA along with it.

You underestimate the tension between rights and obligations in which you move as builders. If 8-10 m were agreed upon, and you sign for 13, then that is certainly one thing: not solely the fault of the planner.

I have no problem with 13m because we have enough space at the back. But I demand from her that she knows what she is doing and I trust her that it is okay if she plans 13m. And that is exactly not the case. She did not inquire beforehand, which is her responsibility.
