So simply cutting something off is absolutely out of the question, a base plate is not uniformly thick and evenly reinforced throughout. When cutting with a flex (*LOL* - no, honestly almost *ROTFL*), the reinforcement does not retract either, to still have concrete cover on the side. If I then imagine that the Smurfs took the "easier" side to cut off (which unfortunately was correct and now the house stands correctly sized but shifted by 16 cm), I really hope your clock runs wrong for half a year and you fooled us for April Fools.
