I don't know if there is a problem again. I just measured the earth conductor again. The shortest distance to the outer edge is 29.5 cm. However, the wall thickness of the house is 33.5 cm.

All good. There is zero reinforcement in the static part. All of it is just crack reinforcement. Only a lightweight house is going on top.
