thank you... hope it works out. Otherwise, it just shouldn't be. The good thing is, you learn a bit more each time, which helps with the next project.

So... it didn't work out unfortunately. We would have had to offer 25k more again. I wouldn't have wanted to pay that for it. What annoys me is that the agent told us to make a realistic offer and not 50k more. They don't want something like that. But it went for 55k more. Either they didn't want us or honesty isn't really their thing.

...but ultimately the seller decides.

Who knows what this is good for. Something new will open up. :)
