On the contrary, I deliberately gave you suitable search terms for the forum search, instead of repeating my words in full text here again.
I cannot see any one-sidedness there at all, since I – as usual – politely pointed out that there are opposing views (and their proponents often also provide reasons, so that one can understand the views of both "denominations"). And here the opinions differ specifically on the point whether it is problematic in the end or not.
But maybe I spoke too "Chinese," so that you overlooked the clarity of my answers? – for example, I wrote:
It says in German: Subsoil – especially when an additional load is already pressing down from above – does not stand upright obediently if you excavate "vertically (that is, not at all) shored" right next to it with zero distance. Rock would be firm (albeit at the price of harder material to cut through), normal earthy subsoil, however, is merely highly tenacious (but still too flexible to stand just by strict looks alone).
So if you are "only" experienced in house construction and not also in mining, I see in that that the one with the basement builds before the one without a basement as the central success factor.
You do not want to understand that my question is not about opinions. But no hard feelings, I have received some very helpful answers after all.
