Thank you for your feedback. Unfortunately, there was no communication from the construction company in this regard. In other words, they just did it. Presumably because they were already somewhat behind schedule. If I had had the choice, that would of course have been a good option.

Unfortunately, you always have to ask about everything yourself. We experienced a delay of 2 days due to the construction power supply for the crane. A generator was then organized for that, which cost me an extra 300 euros for those 2 days. After that, I gave the instruction to carry out all further work using power from the construction power box or the finished house connection. Whether you can claim the costs somewhere? Talk to your construction company to see if they can cover part of it. They should have at least informed you about additional costs of this amount. For me, there is also an agreement that all additional costs over 1000€ must be approved by me.

May I ask how you documented that? Simply informally in the contract?

Verbal agreement with the site manager after the story with the construction power for the crane. I have probably deflected the additional costs for the hot mobile with it, but of course not the supplements for the tiles.....
