Temporarily park money from construction financing in a daily account

I am always surprised at how little attention is paid to the details of the loan agreement. The question of whether the money can be distributed across overnight money accounts shouldn’t even arise. The bank announces what needs to be submitted for disbursement, so simply take a look at the contract.

What works in practice can definitely differ from what is on paper.

We built in individual trades. The bank had zero willingness to make a payout "based on progress" for each trade. They provided 100k, I spent it and submitted the invoices for the next payout. There was nothing about this in the contract at all …

Hello,
we concluded a construction financing last year.
The interest-free period (meaning I incur no costs during this time) ends in May.
I have to pay 3% interest on the amount not yet drawn down by then, therefore about 1% more than on the drawn-down amount.

Now I had the idea to draw down the entire amount of the construction financing and distribute the money across 3 overnight money accounts, to not exceed the deposit protection limit of 100,000 euros.

This way, I avoid unnecessary fees for myself, because with the interest from the overnight money accounts I can pay the bank’s interest.

When I need the money for craftsmen, I take it from the overnight money account and pay it out.

Does anyone know if this is allowed?
